Alumni Affairs Welcomes New Student Trustees

Student Trustees

The UC Merced Office of Alumni Affairs is proud to welcome the newest Collegiate Alumni Foundation (CAF) student trustees.

Dulce Ibarra – senior, management, La Quinta

Lindsey Lu-pon – junior, management/psychology, San Francisco

Stephanie Fung – sophomore, biological sciences, Sacramento

Robert Machado – sophomore, economics, Rancho Cucamonga

Kristen McLane – freshman, human biology, Coarsegold

Lamar Williams – sophomore, management/computer science, Stockton

The mission of CAF is to instill lifelong philanthropic and leadership values in UC Merced’s student body. In addition to serving as ambassadors for the university, trustees manage, develop and allocate the Comcast Collegiate Alumni Foundation Endowment of about $10,000.

The seven student trustees share a passion for the university, a creative vision for the foundation and strong leadership qualities. This semester, the trustees look forward to assisting with special university events and developing the foundation’s first ventures.
